L B L Return / Refund Policy

WE RECOMMEND YOU READ OUR RETURN POLICY CAREFULLY:
If the item you’ve purchased doesn’t work out, you can request a return within 15 days of date your order was shipped. Remember *Online orders will NOT be accepted in store unless pre-approved. 
-Within 3 business days of receiving your return we will email you with your electronic gift card. Then you can get your shopping on again! 
-There is no refund on shipping charges. 
Your electronic gift card credit expires 60 days after issue date.
INITIATING THE RETURN
To initiate the return, please email info@shopLBLnow.com.
Include your order number and a detailed description as to why you wish to return the item. Then ship your items back using the return mailing address sent with your invoice. When we receive it we will go over it to make sure it matches with our policy. If approved, we will issue you an electronic gift card for the amount of the item within 3 business days after the return is processed.  If you return items excessively, we will issue a restocking fee. It is solely at our discretion whether or not we decide to issue a return.
Requests for a refund instead of an electronic gift card will be accommodated with a 10% restock fee. 
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT:
Items that appear as if they have been washed, worn, or that have makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them. Nor will we accept back items that smell of smoke (cigarette or otherwise) fragrances, perfume, lotion or body spray. We do not accept back an item that has any kind of damage on it. All items must also have the original tags on them. If the item you return to us matches these descriptions, we will contact you to see if you are willing to pay to have the item shipped back to you. If you are not, and we are unable to get ahold of you within 15 days, then we will donate the item to local charity. In both cases, we will not issue you an electronic gift card or a refund of any kind. 
** Accessories are a Final Sale and may not be returned. Items discounted 30% or greater will also be considered Final Sale. No exceptions. 
SHIPPING
You are responsible for the return shipping charges back to us. There is no refund on shipping charges.  Make sure your order number or packing slip is included. You may want to purchase insurance and tracking for your package, as LBL is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. All shipping costs are non-refundable as they are paid to a 3rd party. 
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM
Please inspect your item immediately upon receipt. If we have sent the wrong item or an item that is defective, contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order and we will address the issue accordingly.
If, when you send the defective item back to us, it matches the description under the “We will not accept” section of this policy—i.e., it appears washed, worn, etc.—then we will not replace the item.
We showcase as accurately as possible, but please be aware that some items vary slightly in the individual patterns, measurements and colors. Such variations are not considered defects, but the unique way the pattern was placed on the garment.
NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE(S)?
If you receive an item and it is not the right size, initiate the return process by emailing us at info@shopLBLnow.com with your needed size. Please be aware that our items sell out quickly so go ahead and place a new order for the correct size of the same exact item. Send the incorrect size back for a refund, just make a note on your packing slip with the new order number. Our exchange program only works for the exact item in a different size. Remember we will not accept any items if they match any of the criteria under the “We will not accept” section.
All online items can not be exchanged in store unless pre-approved.
